Shipping policy

At MASSAVELT, we provide free shipping. Our process time is one to three businesses days. After we have received and confirmed your order, we start processing and ship your order. 

After we have verified and authorized your order, we will process and ship your order immediately. Due to the short amount of time, it makes it difficult to change or cancel order but we'll do our  best to support your request. You’ll receive a confirmation email containing your order number. 

Shipping time is estimated after the item has been picked up by the shipping carriers. 

Estimated shipping time is between 1 to 7 business days for you to receive your package.
